Senior Management Team
Martin is responsible for PHABRIXโs worldwide sales including PHABRIXโs global distributor partner channel.
In addition to sales responsibility, Martin manages PHABRIXโs operational organization, from supply-chain management by purchasing, through product assembly and testing by manufacturing, through to ongoing customer support and the HR requirements to recruit and retain excellent PHABRIX employees.
Martin has extensive Broadcast industry background, having spent 15 years as worldwide Sales Director at Quantel. Martin graduated from Manchester University (UMIST) having studied Computation. Martin enjoys a variety of sporting challenges from Triathlons, Swim Run (Otillo), running, cycling and football.
Hiroshi Kajita joined PHABRIX as Chairman in June 2023, after a remarkable 38 years with Sony. After many years as Corporate Executive Officer and member of the board for Sony Business Solutions Corporation โ where he led various groundbreaking 4K, OB and IP developments for major broadcasters โ Kajita spent the past four years as Sonyโs Head of Media Solutions, building on the success enjoyed by Sony Europe as a leader in media & entertainment products, solutions and services.
Kajita will be working closely with all departments including product development, marketing and sales, with an ultimate goal of maximizing acceleration of the company's global market share.
John manages the financial aspects of the business, including internal and group reporting, managing risk, compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements and overseeing the tax compliance of the business โ principally PAYE, VAT and Corporation Tax.
John is a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants, as well as being on the board of two other SMEs.
Noriyuki is the Chief Manager of PHABRIXโs R&D department, with responsibility for the overall operation of the R&D team. Noriyuki joined Leader Electronics Corporation in 1997, engaging in the development of waveform monitors and rasterizers for over 25 years. He has been deeply involved in the development of more than 20 models, from analog to 8K compatible waveform monitors, and more recently has been focused on the development of video test signal generators. Noriyukiโs role has been to ensure customers have 100% satisfaction with their products, emphasising functionality, operability, and reliability to meet their needs, continuing this with the PHABRIX product portfolio. In 2023, Noriyuki relocated to the UK, and is now based in PHABRIXโs headquarters in Thatcham, Berkshire.
Kimberley is responsible for executing PHABRIXโs worldwide marketing strategy including its corporate PR and communications, digital marketing campaigns and branding. Kimberley previously served as Marketing Communications Manager at V-Nova and as PR Manager at Snell Advanced Media. She began her career at Quantel as a Marketing Assistant and, over four years with the company, progressed into the role of Marketing Executive. Kimberley graduated from Cardiff University with honours, earning a bachelorโs degree in journalism, media, and film studies.
Bassam is responsible for managing PHABRIXโs production operation and product services. Bassam is the first point of contact for customers requiring daily product support. Bassam has been with PHABRIX for 14 years and holds more than 26 yearsโ experience in manufacturing and customer support.
Bassamโs team consists of three experienced Assembly Test Engineers, all with long periods of service at PHABRIX. Bassam was previously Production Manager at EMS Ltd and a Test Engineer at Oxtel Plc. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering BEng (Hons) Electronics Engineering and a BTEC HND in Electrical Engineering.
