Qx Series – IP/12G-SDI, 4K/UHD and HDR/WCG Generation, Analysis and Monitoring

PHABRIX’s top of the range Qx Series offers the latest hybrid IP/SDI test and measurement tools required for the transition to the next generation of broadcast industry standards. The top of the range Qx IP now offers SMPTE ST 2110 with PTP and 2022-6 support.

Other major enhancements to the Qx Series include the Packet Profile Generator (PPG), offering an advanced toolset for stress testing video networks, and Packet Interval Timing (PIT) analysis for rapid diagnosis of issues such as packet congestion. The Qx Series’ fast, automated 12G-SDI RTE™ Real-Time Eye technology now features advanced Jitter Insertion and BERT toolset via its 12G-STRESS toolset. Adding to its already comprehensive PQ HDR support, the Qx Series also offers support for Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG), Sony S-Log3 and S-Log3(HDR Live) with customizable luminance heat-maps, enhancing the visualization and analysis of HDR content. In addition, the system features user defined presets for instrument layout from single full-screen instrument, all the way to 16 simultaneous instruments display, 32 channel audio analysis and generation, and a new remote interface employing VNC technology providing remote monitoring capability.

Sx Series: Portable generators, monitors and analyzers for hybrid IP/SDI and physical layer testing

Now including support for the latest SMPTE ST 2110 and SMPTE 2022-6 decapsulation/encapsulation, PHABRIX’s Sx TAG is the go-to handheld test and measurement instrument for the world’s most advanced broadcasters and broadcast manufacturers.

Designed for rapid fault-finding and compliance testing in IP, 3G/HD/SD-SDI, optical SDI and analog broadcast workflows, the Sx TAG’s advanced toolset also includes multi-format waveform and vectorscope monitors. With an inbuilt 16:9 screen and speakers, users can perform video and audio generation and analysis in remote locations.
